Prof. Dr. Thomas Blaschke

Prof. Dr. Thomas Blaschke is a professor at the University of Salzburg with research interests in regarding the integration of GIS and Earth observation also with aspects of participation and human-environment interaction. He is author or editor of 17 books, received several academic prices and awards including the Christian-Doppler Prize and is elected corresponding member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. He serves for international organizations, i.e. the ISPRS International policy advisory committee.
