Christian Janke
Biography
Christian Janke is currently an Assistant Professor at the College of Aeronautics of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Worldwide.
He holds a Master of Science in Aeronautics (Unmanned Systems) and a diploma in Political Science.
His current research focus is on Unmanned Systems and autonomy. Especially in Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), also known as drones, he focuses on performance, business models, and the regulatory environment.
On occasion, he supports as a consultant for technical due diligence for startups and/or investors and consults industry clients from several branches. Christian has eight years of first-hand experience with investor consultancy in areas of aviation, electric mobility and information technology.
Through this exposure to upcoming needs of the industry, he is able to adopt this background information for further developments of courses and programs, to assure that academic graduates are highly skilled and are matching with job profiles in the respective branches.
