Over the past 16 years, I have shaped my power to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and lead diverse teams across private and public sectors, as well as in academic settings. With a global perspective cultivated through experiences in Romania, Spain, Trondheim, and beyond, I thrive on tackling new challenges.

I specialize in growing businesses, crafting and executing business development strategies, pitch training, communication and securing funding from sources such as EU or national funding, as well as engaging with Investors and VCs.

Being recognized as one of the finalists for Trøndelag Årets DigIT Kvinne 2023 Women in Technologies and Innovation reflects my commitment to promoting gender diversity in technology and innovation.
